BIG welcomes four new academic research groups

Intro text:

During the General Assembly held last June in Chicago, four new academic cancer research groups joined BIG. The network now consists of 59 collaborative group members, representing an impressive 10,000+ experts present across six continents and all dedicated to finding better treatments and cures for breast cancer patients.

The Georgian Cancer Study Group (GCSG), Georgia, the Breast Disease Professional Committee of CMEA (BDPCC), China, the Korean Cancer Study Group (KCSG), South Korea, and the Thai Society of Clinical Oncology (TSCO), Thailand, each bring along their own local experience to further enlarge BIG’s international reach.

In recent interviews with BIG Headquarters, the Voting Representatives of these new members introduce their respective groups, sharing their expectations and challenges, as well as describing the breast cancer research scenario in their own countries.
